I’m an pre-seed investor that backs bleeding edge technology through a Hard Ideas lens. I’ve worked in the global startup ecosystem since 2015 as a VC and Angel in the US, UK, France, Germany, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Today I’m Partner with Fly Ventures, a first check VC built for technical founders across Europe. I invest in computational deep tech startups, including but not limited to: Applied AI, TechBio, Robotics, ClimateTech, Material Science and NewSpace. I also work with Imperial College London and Conception X. I use this blog to share thoughts on investing, company building and career. I write the weekly deep tech newsletter (Re)Share.

Prior to Fly I led the company building program of Entrepreneur First, Europe’s top deep tech accelerator. Over 4 years at EF I built the funding function from scratch and managed 85+ Seed and Pre-seed financings, which raised $90+ million. Prior to that I spent 6 years as a strategy consultant on focused supply chain and procurement optimization (forgive me). I hold a Bachelor’s in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from London Business School.
